When renewing or renegotiating a lease, CNR's tenant advocates will:

Leverage dialogue with landlord for space alternatives

After you have made your decision, CNR will collaborate with your attorney to perform a lease critique and floor plan/building plan review. Following the transaction, a lease abstract report will be provided and additional consulting services can be provided.
